1. Acceptance of These Terms

By submitting a booking request, confirming an inspection appointment, or otherwise engaging Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai for a vehicle inspection service, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer published on prepurchasecarinspection.ae.

These Terms apply to every customer booking a vehicle inspection, regardless of whether the booking is made through the website booking form or by direct contact with the team by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

2. Description of Service

Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai provides mobile pre-purchase vehicle inspection services across Dubai, UAE. The service includes a 150-point vehicle assessment, computer diagnostic scanning of accessible ECU modules, paint depth measurement for accident history indication, a road test evaluation, and delivery of a digital inspection report to the customer, as described on prepurchasecarinspection.ae.

The inspection is an advisory service performed for the benefit of the customer who books and pays for it. Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai is not a party to, and does not participate in, the sale or purchase transaction between the customer and the vehicle seller. The scope, methodology, and limitations of the inspection are further described in the Disclaimer.

3. Booking an Appointment

To book an inspection, the customer provides the vehicle make, model, year, the preferred inspection location within Dubai, and the preferred appointment date and time. Accurate information allows the correct diagnostic equipment and software to be prepared before the inspector travels to the vehicle.

An appointment is confirmed once Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai has acknowledged the booking and provided a confirmed date, time, and price to the customer. A booking submitted through the website or by phone, WhatsApp, or email is not confirmed until this acknowledgement is given.

The customer is responsible for arranging access to the vehicle at the confirmed location and time, including any necessary permission from the vehicle seller where the inspection takes place at the seller's premises.

4. Pricing and Payment

The price for each inspection is confirmed at the time of booking, based on the vehicle and inspection location provided by the customer. This confirmed price is the binding price for that appointment, as described further in the Disclaimer.

Payment method and timing are confirmed with the customer at the time of booking. Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai does not add hidden callout or assessment fees beyond the price confirmed at booking, unless the customer requests additional services after the appointment is confirmed.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The customer may request to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment by contacting the team directly. Requests made with reasonable advance notice before the confirmed appointment time are accommodated wherever possible.

Where a cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fee applies to a specific booking, that fee is communicated to the customer at the time of booking confirmation, before the appointment is scheduled. Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai does not apply any fee that was not disclosed to the customer at the time of booking.

Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai may need to reschedule an appointment due to inspector availability, weather, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In this case, the customer is offered the next available appointment slot at no additional charge.

6. The Inspection Report

Following the inspection, Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai delivers a digital inspection report to the customer summarising the findings of the assessment. The report is produced exclusively for the customer who booked and paid for the inspection and is not shared with the vehicle seller, the dealership, or any third party without the customer's explicit written consent.

The inspection report is an advisory document reflecting the vehicle's condition at the specific date and time of the inspection, subject to the scope and limitations set out in full in the Disclaimer. The report does not constitute a warranty, a guarantee of future reliability, or a certification of roadworthiness.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for the following when booking and receiving an inspection:

• Providing accurate vehicle and location information at the time of booking
• Arranging access to the vehicle at the confirmed location and time
• Ensuring any necessary permission from the vehicle seller has been obtained before the appointment
• Making the final decision on whether to proceed with the vehicle purchase
• Reviewing the inspection report and directing any questions about it to the team in writing

8. Limitation of Liability

Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai provides the inspection service with reasonable care and skill, using certified inspectors and professional-grade diagnostic equipment. To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai's total liability arising from any single inspection is limited to the fee paid by the customer for that inspection.

Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai is not liable for the vehicle purchase decision made by the customer, for post-purchase repair costs, for vehicle depreciation, or for disputes between the customer and the vehicle seller, consistent with the Purchase Decision Disclaimer published in the Disclaimer. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on prepurchasecarinspection.ae, and the format and structure of every inspection report, is the intellectual property of Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai and is protected under UAE Federal Law No. 7 of 2002 on Copyrights and Neighboring Rights. The customer may use their own inspection report for personal reference and in negotiating the purchase of the inspected vehicle, but may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute website content or report formatting for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use of This Website

Visitors to prepurchasecarinspection.ae agree not to use the website to submit false booking information, to attempt to interfere with the website's normal operation, or to use automated tools to extract website content beyond ordinary browsing. Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai may decline or cancel a booking that appears fraudulent or that repeatedly fails to result in a completed appointment.

11. Termination

Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai may decline to provide or may discontinue an inspection service where access to the vehicle cannot reasonably be arranged, where the inspection location falls outside the current coverage area, or where continuing would put an inspector's safety at risk. Where an appointment already paid for cannot be completed for a reason within Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai's control, the customer is offered a rescheduled appointment or a refund of the amount paid for that appointment.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable federal and Dubai local regulations. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from an inspection service is first raised in writing with Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai at info@prepurchasecarinspection.ae, so it can be addressed directly between the parties.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, either party may refer the matter to the courts of Dubai, UAE, or to the relevant UAE consumer protection authority, without prejudice to any right the customer holds under UAE consumer protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

Pre-Purchase Car Inspection Dubai reviews and updates these Terms of Service when changes to the service's operations or applicable UAE law require an update. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of prepurchasecarinspection.ae or booking of a further inspection following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
